£100 – £300: £29.95 including insurance.
Free delivery on orders above £300.

This means you can pick up your order for free on a day and at a time that suits you from our shop at William Blyth ‘The Drying Shed’ Far Ings Road, Barton, North Lincolnshire DN18 5AZ.
Please bring proof of ID and a copy of your confirmation email when you collect your order.

Delivery
- Mainland UK
Please leave any instructions for delivery at the Checkout e.g. where to leave the pots if you are out or if you need delivery by a certain date. We can quote for express delivery.
Delivery – Outside Mainland UK
If you would like to enquire about having an order delivered to an address outside mainland UK, please choose the Quotation option at the Checkout. You will not be charged any fee and we will contact you to confirm the order and cost of delivery, arrange a delivery date and take payment.
Gift Items
If you are ordering a pot and would like to include a gift message, please leave your gift message at the Checkout.
STOCK STATUS
“CATALOGUE RANGE”
We endeavour to hold stock of all our flowerpots on this website except for those marked “special order”. However, as all our products are handmade, we may run out of stock at busy times. If that is the case, we will let you know an anticipated delivery date. If you need your order urgently please contact us first to check stock availability before placing your order. Lead Times
If you need urgent delivery or delivery by a certain date then please let us know. In the unlikely event of any items being damaged, we need to be informed within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Order Tracking:
Contact us on the specified delivery date in your order confirmation. For most orders we will send a tracking number with the order confirmation.
Sizes
Being handmade, every pot is unique. This is one of the things which makes William Blyth pots so special. The sizes shown on the website are approximate external dimensions – width x height. We endeavour to make the pots to the sizes listed on the website, but the nature of the clay and the handmaking process may result in variations in size, shape and decoration.
Quality Guarantee
Our terracotta flowerpots carry a ten-year guarantee against lamination in the frost.

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee if the pots are returned to us undamaged within 7 days.
